    INAD, I feel it's one of the times where Em's screaming was appropriate on a track. It really added to the sense of frustration that Em is trying to convey in his verse. Em is trying to get through to Dre anyway he can and he's pouring out all these emotions trying to help him get out of this slump. It hits closer to home too. I'm sure we've all had that one friend or relative who we lean on when times get rough, we think they have all the answers and hope to be like them, but then something happens to them and then they're not so strong. You're frustrated because here's this person thats helped you out through your tough times and you know they can overcome whatever adversity they're facing because they've helped you do it in the past before, but they just don't know it. Big Brother is a great song with great story telling and a beautiful dedication, but when you hear INAD, you really realize that Em really wouldn't have made it without Dre. Yeah people didn't think Kanye could make it as a rapper, but they still respected his production abilities, NOBODY believed in Em and he really does owe it all to Dre.

    I Need A Doctor is horrific.
    The generic Alex Da Kid beat / Skylar Grey hook combo is something more fitting to an artist like B.o.B or Lasers Lupe.
    Eminem's shouting is WOAT.

    I Need a Doctor is one of the most overhated Eminem songs from the Recovery era. and we probably would've never heard it if it wasn't for @Koolo . as @Nori said, the yelling on this track was appropriate. fit the emotion and theme of the song.

    I'm not a huge fan of INAD, like at all. But Big Brother is mediocre Kanye.

    I had Coldplay on a song, now Jay has Coldplay on a song.

    INAD has better lyrics and more emotion.
