Clb. But its kinde unfair Ill explain why. I like about 4 songs on cob so its also not a good album for me. On donda I liked one or two. Donda is more creative and Innovative but it had a lot of problems with the beats for me. There was like no beat drop or real switch on there. It sounded like he rapped/singed on a minimalistic loop with a bunch of features who outshined him.
Clb is more safe he uses good beats which are also catchy. His flow was really good on the album but the singing was not strong there unlike on take care or nwts. Lyrics were weak too. But it was more catchy so i understand why people would prefer clb over donda even if kanye made more effort probably
