    I think the reason no one really minds the over saturation is because all of the other movies out in the last few years have been s-----y remakes of other films. Nothing is original anymore and Disney owns the world so they can keep milking this s--- for all it's worth

    Most of these Marvel movies are funnier than Comedy movies, that are supposed to be funny. You are just having a good time while watching them. Plus Thanos is one of the greatest movie villains oat

    Don't care about any superhero except for Batman tbh. Really wish they could do a Batman TV show which would be a continuation of Gotham.

    One Punch Man >> MCU. I still love all those movies. Been with me since I was eleven, so I kinda grew up with them and still watch and enjoy every new entry. DC fails to establish a good universe but Suicide Squad 2 was amazing. It had the same director as Guardians Of The Galaxy so somehow it's a W for Marvel too.

    I agree with OP to be honest. I still watch notable ones, but we've had so many by now that there is little left to explore. Seeing Spider-Man swing or Superman fly was a cinematic achievement. The only 'new' thing we've had since was Marvel's connectivity, which is an impressive feat, but the individual films are pretty standard.

    This is the greater problem. We're in unprecedented times with less studios cranking out more content, and a laser focus on exploiting IP. People aren't seeing good movies very often. Scorsese is turning to Netflix for funding and Disney have been making slop and printing money. Cinemas are basically f-----. Massive corporations have realized with streaming they can charge the customer directly, monthly, for access and nothing more. You can subscribe for 40 years and you'll still have nothing once the subscription ends. This is the perfect result for them.
