Apr 3, 2015 WPG said: ↑ was actually just having a conversation with one of the people who does booking for pro era about how lots of western european audiences have such boring, conservative taste in american rap
Apr 3, 2015 This is true. The majority of "casual" rap fans in EU use the same criticisms as the american "real" rap fans. Ye sucks because autotune, Em is dope because he's Eminem etc. The majority listens to Pac, Biggie, KRS or Wu and don't follow the american scene at all. From what I've seen, this either applies to guys who spend their days in hip-hop clubs and are stuck with the same music (golden age / Linkin Park / Slipknot / some heavy metal maybe) or with guys who listened to rap during their teenage years then moved on to other music, and have stuck with this rap. I'd expect that things would be different in the UK, considering that many influential and experimental bands were born there, how can some people remain close minded? Con f---ing grats you're a rapper now http://rhymer.com/
