Mar 18, 2015 Many didnt believe GKMC could be topped by Kendrick. Many thought that he'd do what Nas did and never be able to top his first. h---, at first it looked like Kendrick was going towards a more mainstream sound (which Nas did) when he released i. Obviously they were wrong as TPAB delivered. So has Kendrick passed Nas?
Mar 18, 2015 way too early dude, nas has like 10 or 11 albums and while a few of them aren't good....most of his projects are quality work. nas has one of the more impressive discographies in hip hop. it just doesn't make much sense to think kendrick has surpassed him at this stage of his career. now do i think kendrick is off to a great start? sure. has he already surpassed nas? h--- no!
Mar 18, 2015 Way too early to tell. Nas has had a 25 year career full of great songs and albums. Kendrick is what, 8 years in? And only 4 since he really broke through. He's on track to be a legend though, definitely.

Mar 18, 2015 TPAB is the 1st album of his I've listened to in full and I didn't really like it other than the production and a few moments here and there. Last couple days I've been listening to GKMC and I think it's about 100 times better so far.
