    ive become obsessed with the Greg Doucette anabolic diet since lockdown started. Eating f---ing protein ice creams and pizzas and have literally never been in better shape. Don't think its gonna be very sustainable once lockdown ends but its been an eye-opener for sure.

    My only diet atm is limiting myself to only smoking 1 joint a day lol.

    This can be a lot of things; vegetarian, no alcohol (s/o @Ricky ) , losing weight. Anything that makes u (not) eat or drink certain things for a reason.

    i’ve been intermittent fasting for a few months now. thought i would try it for a short period but now i honestly don’t think i’ll ever quit. it’s made me drop weight, but i wasn’t really trying to, and that has nothing to do with it—i just feel so much better all the time.

    I have tried to correct my lifestyle over the last couple years. I’ve cut out sodas and sweets for the most part which felt hard at the time but I don’t have any desire to eat or drink anymore. I still struggle with food and feel there are too many opinions out there. I’ve slowly added certain veggies, fruit and healthy alternatives to my diet and hope that as I continue to do that I’ll cut out unnecessary foods.

    At 2 o'clock I'll have fish
    At... 4 o'clock just before I train, I'll have fish and a rice cake
    I'll train
    I'll have me fish
    I'll come home and have some more fish with a rice cake
    And then have some fish before I go bed

    I eat 10 egg whites and whole wheat toast in the morning, anything really in the afternoon, and 2 large home cooked chicken sandwiches at night with broccoli or cauliflower. Trying to get a certain amount of protein as I'm working out 5 days a week and trying to gain muscle.

    Also I can't drink alcohol as I have CNS damage and it causes awful effects.

    I have mild celiac and am allergic to casein (protein found in milk) so I generally don't eat wheat or dairy. Couldn't figure out what I was allergic to for a long time cuz I tested negative for lactose intolerance as a kid. Wasn't until I did a full blood panel that I figured it out. If I eat it on occasion I'm fine but after a few days I start to feel s-----y. I save it for vacations or the occasional pizza.

    My diet is generally different versions of rice, meat, and veggies.

    I've put on a tonne of weight in this lockdown where I've had a shoulder injury that's forced me to stop exercising so now I'm on a carb-free diet. I've done it in the past and it's helped me shed weight quickly so hoping for the same results this time. I'm back to work in 6 weeks so I need to fit back in my work clothes!

    I legit lost like 15 lbs over the two months I was in Mexico somehow despite eating al pastor tacos almost every day. Prob a combination of IF + being on my feet walking and exploring all day instead of working a computer job lol.

    Yup. Got probably at my heaviest during the start of the pandemic last year and had to make some changes. I’m now skinnier than I’ve been in a long time lol.

    my diet is pretty restrictive:
    No fatty/red meat
    A lot of fish
    Elimination of carbs unless it’s whole wheat
    Frozen Lean Cuisines/ Health choice meals
    Eggs
    No milk
    Absolutely no juice ( I already eliminated Soda years ago). The only thing I drink besides regular water is Flavoured Sparkling Water or Kombucha when I'm feeling It
    Black Coffee ( I switch to coffee and almond milk with two teaspoons of honey in the evening)
    Greek Yogurt
    Chicken Breast (e.g. Curry chicken, chicken with brown rice,)
    Been eating a lot of Kale

    I'm a little over halfway of hitting my goal weight. Once I get to desired body fat percentage, i’ll probably switch up and start bulking up by eating more red meat (e.g. Steak and Asparagus) and generally eat more meat again.
