    ehh I don't think that's the same. I do make fun of Pusha for the coke s--- but he tells stories in his songs and is a lyricist. Cardi out here just restructuring WAP every song. Don't get me wrong this will be big, especially on tiktok...but lets not act like we can't make fun of her and she's some deep artist

    I think this song is a testament for how our world can only go up from how bad it's been and not to look back. I get that specifically from the line "nutted on my butt, I said I'm glad that you came" Very deep. Also took her over 35 seconds to mention her p---- which shows growth imo

    I liked her 1st album a lot. Just always see female rappers like her come and do the Lil Kim blueprint for their first album and it works and then gets old real quick. Nicki was more versatile. I don't think Cardi will be as big after this album tbh

    She's not beyond criticism lol, and sure some stuff is recycled - but she's actually a v compelling artist! Not deep, no. But interesting, and a spectacle - yes.

    I'd like to see her get a new flow or two in the arsenal. Agreed that most female rappers flame out after the first album due to lack of subject matter. I actually really think Megan is good in that regard, she's very interesting and doesn't really recycle old threads constantly.

    If I listen to Cardi I'm listening for her to talk about her p----, same way I listen to Pusha T to hear him talk about coke, or griselda to hear them talk about gritty street s---.
