    Anyways I know a lot of you guys love Quest like myself. They're having a decent Cyber Monday sale this year. 25% off of everything and free shipping(US residents only). Also, has anybody tried the Smore's flavor yet? I haven't but am curious to what you guys think. I've read reviews saying it's their best bar thus far but I've also read it was pretty bad. I'll probably stick go with 3 boxes of Cookie's & Cream and 3 boxes of Double Chocolate Chunk on Monday and wait until they've got them in my area to try the Smores.

    An individual can very easily lift 5-6x a week and br fine. A lot of it has to do with the volume/intensity of the workouts. If anything performance will suffer because of fatigue but you'll still grow.

    My diet 2015 cut is starting tomorrow btw for those who are interested. I'll be posting heavily in this thread and/or just making another one specifically for it. I'm shooting with the biggest fitness photographer on the planet it March so I'm treating this s--- like it's life or death.

    Yeah that's exactly what I don't want to be and it just wouldn't work for me anyways.(I mean I want his subs but nothing else lol) I know there's an angle yet I just don't know what. I wouldn't be cookie cutter clean like that I'd be myself. I feel like some of the bigger youtubers are just too pretty. Everything about their lives is happy and cheerful and.... I just think there's an untapped demographic out there who can't relate to any of those guys. I mean if somebody put a gun to my head and said "TODAY" i'd start a channel and begin with Q and A's from S80 and hope that it'd catch on.

    I just simply don't give a f---. I've always been good with girls without liquor so it's never been a big deal. People get kind of weird but you turn it others by saying "I don't put that s--- into my body" or something along those lines.

    But I mean I get used to get the "what's wrong with you?" type vibes but as soon as I got jacked and shredded much less published in and on the cover of fitness magazines those same people quickly changed their tune to "Man I admire your discipline I wish I had it" and "I don't know how you do it but I envy you." or my favorite "I'll pay you whatever you want to get me in shape!!!"

    I'd do your own thing and not give a f---. If somebody judges you they're a piece of f---ing s--- and not worthy if your opinion or time.tbh...

    No man they've got to legit. You can audit Twitter followers and if IG followers are bought they'll see right through it. You'll see tons of "models" who have like 40k followers are their pics are getting maybe 100 or so likes lol. They've got to be legit.     I just signed up for my first powerlifting meet in years that is taking place at Texas A&M in Febuary. I already have the squat to break the state record for texas which is currently 502 raw but my goal is to hit at least 540.

    Doesn't matter, long as you're training with intensity , just depends which one you feel more comfortable with and can physically handle.

    did a 2-minute max pushup challenge today. knocked out 64. felt like i could've pushed ~70, but pretty happy with the results.

    Biggest reason that progress is not being made in the gym is because of nutrition, using myfitnesspal is so simple and makes tracking calories much easier
    Set your macros so they align with your goals and consistently hit them

    On a side note i ordered some Smores Quest Bars yesterday with the 25% off, about time they came out with a new bar
