    Definitely, Cudi is only tolerable under Kanye's supervision, and Kanye sounded more energised on KSG than he has been on his last two solo projects

    I think 2018 kanye and cudi need each other. Kanye to help morph and manage cudi's vision into something palatable, and then also so they both only have to write half an album.

    Cudi's influence is extremely understated, he directly inspired some amazing music and future legends, but his solo music is god awful and it's unfathomable to me how anyone over the age of 18 could listen to it without cringing into infinity.
