Dec 26, 2017 Just be realistic. Imagine Em dropping his album around August-October, after releasing River's video, Remind Me's video and Believe's Video, some appereances and some interviews.
Dec 26, 2017 Like Home should of dropped right after the BET cypher with a music video. Then River should have been the 2nd single. What I dont understand is how there was not a music video before this album dropped.
Dec 26, 2017 Imagine if he released an album with the same caliber as the first 3 Yea we can imagine but its not going to happen. Eminem is DONE
Dec 26, 2017 He probably would've sold over 500k but I doubt he would sell 1 mil, his fanbase is so split nowadays that a lot of them only want to hear old Em, plus this is in the streaming era and Drake took his place as the most popular rapper in 2015
Dec 26, 2017 Yeah man eminems first album opening single in 4 years wasn't supposed to chart good. I'm sure they weren't hoping for any extra sells putting Beyoncé on the track. I'm sure Paul and eminem were talking how they wanted the first single to be really bad so it charts bad. How f---ing stupid can you be. Believe isn't near good enough for single material. "The world force-fed a turd to me, you're getting yours" This song is way too awkward. Plus his little creepy old man laughs "heh" "uhh" him trying to copy rappers like 2 chainz was a complete fail and cringeworthy. You admit to enjoying remind? That song isn't even listenable. I still haven't been able to play that piece of s--- track the whole way through. Garbage albums do these kind of garbage numbers
Dec 26, 2017 Walk On Water was something Eminem wanted to put out off his chest, his heart, but they clearly knew this was not going to succeed, how stupid can you be. Believe is anyway a better single than untouchable, especially for the fans, and yes i love remind me. 3rd verse makes me c-m
Dec 26, 2017 No, put river video 2 months before release, this would have destroyed Spotify (like it's doing), so those streams would have counted as h---, plus other singles and real sales. Those would have been so many
Dec 26, 2017 lol uh huh. Throwing Beyoncé on a track you know is gonna s--- and not chart well...makes sense. Why can't you just admit the single backfired on him? I f---ing swear eminem has the worst and most delusional fan base. You Stan's are literally resorting to "he meant for this album to flop and meant for it to be really bad"
Dec 26, 2017 IDK why you wouldn't use River as lead single a month before drop with a video, instead they completely failed. Even the promo appearances didn't even really mention the album etc. No wonder it sold bad, it deserved to. You can't be so niave to think people will lap it up and buy it with that gash promo
Dec 26, 2017 I think you have to listen to more interviews of him. They put Beyoncé because Eminem always loved her music and they both have this "God/goddess" legacy inside of his fanbase. So it's a song for they both. But it's clear that with no drums you can't hit, dumb.
Dec 26, 2017 You're kidding right Kendrick is in his moment, but Eminem still sells out stadium, concerts without doing anything. Kendrick can't do that
Dec 26, 2017 The sad part about all of this is Eminem thought the singles would be huge and controversial.
