Oct 23, 2017 Well first of all this isn't a thing. Getting a sex change (aka mutilating yourself) shouldn't make a difference to you anyway since it's just physically altering your body, but obviously on a molecular level this doesn't change anything anyway.

Oct 23, 2017 I agree with you there. Gender is (usually) an identifying feature, and you can easily solve that by just putting a third option that you can mark saying you choose not to say and 99% of people will still put down M or F.
