    Gender is part of a social construct. It includes gender roles & what society precieves as masculine/feminine. Sex is biological. It’s based on your X & Y chromosomes (or lack there of).

    In essence, female/male are sexes. Boy/Girl genders.

    @Michael Myers why is someone's sex the same until they "change" it? they are only changing their physical body they are genetically still a woman or still a man regardless

    Enigma doing some A+ trolling with his opinions on sex and gender. You can't control your genes and your genetics define who you really are. There's really no way around it. It's science. If you're born with a d-ck and think you should have a vagina years later that's just a mental health problem, which this country needs to take serious effort to cure and expand mental health facilities to try and help those who think that why.

    Right, so they would classified as “transsexual” not “male” or “female.” Because the definition of “sex” includes biological properties like X/Y chromosomes but also reproductive organs. So while they’re changing their sex organs, the chromosomes remain the same. You can’t change your chromosomes.
