    It's a tradition on all U.S. military installations to play the reveille and the national anthem Monday through Friday at certain times of the day. Everyone that works on these bases knows the times they are played. 99.9% of people will literally hide in their cars, buildings or make a mad dash for a location inside so that they don't have to stand and salute while the music is playing.

    What I'm getting at is there's no way in the world any military vet or someone currently serving should be offended of this with the way we act about it. I know d--- well I've speed walked or sat in my car until the anthem was over. I haven't met someone yet that served that didn't subconsciously think about avoiding the anthem.
