OJ Simpson chase - I was in a Hooters restaurant. My family was celebrating my dad's birthday and we watched it on the TVs in there. This is a memory I'm not sure I truly have, or think I do from hearing my sister tell that story.

9/11 - I was in my 6th grade English class and my teacher said that she was afraid her brother in NYC was hurt. IIRC, she turned on the TV of the news coverage.

I was playing on a San Andreas Multiplayer roleplay server and was locked up in prison when another inmate broke character and shouted out "YO OSAMA BIN LADEN IS DEAD" and then went offline.

Also found out about the Orlando nightclub shooting after getting off PAYDAY 2 with a friend, after filming a let's play for the night club mission.

Had a cold on the day of 9/11, so my parents brought out my racecar bed in front of the television for some chill time

The Janet Jackson ti--y at the super bowl was so blown out of proportion it was ridiculous. Yeah folks look at the still shots now and are like "I can't believe she did that" but at the time it happened so d--- fast you barely saw it. Her ti--y was covered by some silver thing anyway.

I was in 9th grade on 9/11. All I remember is my teacher getting a phone call and saying "holy s--- they're bombing New York!" And ran out of the classroom. I guess his brother worked in or near one of the towers. We all we're pretty much unbothered until we found out we could go home early. I spent the rest of the day watching the news coverage.

Barack Obama inarguration: my professor gave us the day off to watch it because it was historical. I only watched to see if he would get assassinated because I couldn't believe anyone would let a black president be a reality. Couldn't even really enjoy it. Was too anxious waiting for that headshot.

During the aurora theater shooting chaos I was trying to call my friend because she had said on Facebook she was going to the midnight release but didn't say where. So I thought she was dead for a few hours until she finally answered her phone. She was at another theater. Phew! Also because I was going through s--- at the time I was looking at crushes/exes pages to see if they got shot so I could feel happy or something. Went to a few of the killer's court dates, joined a sick cult, left sick cult after getting medicated. Now back to Stannery.
