    i live in ct and i'm not surprised by this at all. i always assumed the excessive underage drinking in my state was "normal" but the older i get the more i realize most places aren't this bad.

    also this has nothing to do with chance...it's just kids getting incredibly messed up for the one time a year a big artist comes to connecticut lolll
