I would say the next day after I took too many benzos and oxys one night. I woke up and immediately threw up. It wasn't a usual hangover every breath I took made me throw up. Somehow I managed to drive my mum to work and play it off like I had a bad flu and I took the day off work and went home to die. I was pulling over and throwing up out of my door and out of the passenger door all the way home. I'm amazed how I managed to not crash and not get pulled over even if it's just like a 5 minute drive. I think I remember people honking at me though. After I got home I only remember wanting to die and vague text messages to some guy who wanted to buy my ps3. When I came to the next day I found cash in my rubbish bin, pills emptied in the bathroom sink, all my dvds and games were opened and scattered throughout the room, I had bought like 3 ps4 games on the playstation store and downloaded a bunch of demos and I had a bunch of text messages trying to sell a ps3 game to a guy for $100 because it was a limited edition


This was a period when I was heavily into pharmaceuticals and this event was the last straw prior to that I was ruining all my tinder dates by being stoned on xanax. I don't even remember most of them but it had to have been bad if the girls literally stopped talking to me and were deleting me off social media

Seriously hospitals are so depressing. I think we aren't grateful enough to be healthy when we are. We take it for granted until we become sick. I have a hard time stepping foot in a clinique or a hospital even for a couple of hours. I can't even imagine having to stay for weeks, months or having to go on a regular basis.

Plain walls, nurses in plain white jackets etc.. Not mentioning babies crying, people coughing... They should find a way to make hospitals more lively and less depressing.

first time ever drinking about a year ago. drank half a bottle of s-----y vodka. felt good all night.


I was even able to drive drunk home too (my one and only time in just in a sub division).

but as soon as I pulled in my driveway, I opened my door and puked all over my grass like this



I then walked inside, puked again, and somehow managed to crawl down my stairs into my basement (didn't think I could crawl up stairs to my bedroom lol).

I woke up the next morning to a pile of puke on my floor and some on my shirt. I ended up throwing up another 10 times throughout the day.

my parents didn't even know I was out that night bc I snuck out, so I blamed everything on "food poisoning" from bad chicken at qdoba. my family vowed to never eat qdoba ever again and still haven't to this day #ballin

Doctors said I'd be dead at 8 months old. Survived whew.

Was in and out of hospital a lot as a kid. Worst one was probably my bout with Swine Flu when I was 15/16 years old. Spent 18 days in quarantine.

That’d be so hard...there will always be the underlying reason everyone is there that would overshadow any way of masquerading the sadness

Like the cancer wards...especially with kids. Man that’s f---ing depressing seeing that s---. They make it very colourful & try to hide the fact it’s a hospital but it just gives it that eerie feeling. So much respect for the workers there; I could never do that

The sickest I’ve been is just a stomach bug when I was younger and had a day off school lol

Coming to think of it I’ve been pretty lucky, or I’ve just been blessed with a great immune system

It was probably when i drank a bottle of tequila i think it was, at a friends place. It came from mexico and had a worm at the bottom. Drank it way to fast. By the end of that night i was so sick. I just ended up sleeping on the floor thinking i was going too die. Not sure if that was the sickest i ever was because i've had a couple of similar experiences but it's definitely up there.

Also not sure if it counts as sick but i had a sever asthma attack when i was younger and had no medication left. Ended up at the hospital and had to stay there for like a week because the oxygen in my blood wasn't at a normal level i think. The weird thing was that i was feeling normal but they insisted i had to stay.

One day my arm was so swollen it looked like my thigh. Stung like h--- just to touch it.

Went to my local Doctors and he said I need to go to hospital. I could go on my own or he could call an ambulance for me on the spot. Scared the crap outta me!

Spent 2 weeks in hospital, after one week they didn't have a clue what was wrong with me. Then they finally figured out I had DVT in the shoulder. 21 years old with DVT. And was undiagnosed for way over a week. I legit could've died. If one of those clots dislodged it would've ended up in my heart or brain resulting in either a heart attack or a stroke. Not the way a 21 year old should go out!
