Dental:
Pretty much all good, my teeth yellow as f--- because of coffee/smoking but I don't really care that much, I can just get them whitened later on if it starts bothering me.
Vision:
Haven't got this tested in years but it's fine
Medical:
Got blood tests done on me 2 months ago, all the values on the test were fine; No diabetes, cholesterol values were fine (good cholesterol was a bit low because overweight coupled with smoking but bad cholesterol wasn't too high either) etc.
I am a bit overweight but I've started losing weight (10 kg in 2,5 months, another 10kg left before I've reached my goal), and plan to make this a lifestyle change instead of just falling into the habit of diet --> get fat again --> diet like I've seen others do. It's been surprisingly easy so far, I've only been at it for 2,5 months but I already look and feel much better, and exercise has become quite addicting to me. Off days when I don't go to the gym are usually quite boring, and I've never once felt like skipping a day. Also working on quitting smoking, already went down from half a pack a day to 4-6 cigs a day. It's a process but I'm getting there. Thankfully I have friends that support me in quitting, think even lessening the amount I smoke would be s-----y if it weren't for them.

Dental - really good
Vision - really good
Medical - pretty sure im going deaf, I really have headphones or earphones on like 90% of the time

Came back from the dental office 100% clean & just needed a yearly wash. Was chuckling at the fact i have healthy teef yet my vision is below average.
Wanted to make this thred to give tips on what health cateorgies i'm healthy in, give prevention guidance on one i'm having trouble with, & asking for advice with my worst one. Maybe you guys can share your issues and how you live a good life..
1. Dental
Literally just brush your teeth thoroughly and and floss daily or every 2 days. Brush the non-visible parts of your teeth, like the gums all the way in the back. Most people don't do that. Avoid certain foods that could rot the teeth like an abundance of sugary products/hard boned meat.
2. Vision
Mines been s--- since i was young so i really can't improve, but can prevent/prolong it. Being in front of the screen or phone all day hurts your eyes, smoking can harm them, sunlight, and many people don't get eye exams often which means they can't detect that they're going blind.
3. Medical
pretty s--- at this tbh. Can slowly feel my hearing get worse & packing a little too much weight for my height (according to bs bmi charts) have a hard time picking healthy normal people food (not that stupid fake fad diet foods) have a hard time with my workout routine (what workouts to do and best foods to eat after) & get pretty stressed out too now that i'm almost done with high school.(This ad goes away when signing up) -

Yea i had vision issues so now i eat linent or whatever it calls and it surprisingly improved it a bit

Dental - I have that gap in my front teeth but in terms of dental health it's all good and I brush twice a day
Vision - I need glasses on days that require heavy reading or sitting at the computer hours on end
Body - I go to the gym regularly and that helps me feel more energetic and not lethargic. my height/weight ratio is good

Dental - Doing alright. Brush everyday and use mouthwash. Bit of a yellowish hue surfacing on my bottom teeth but nothing to be concerned about.
Vision - Deteriorating slowly but I can still see pretty well. Might need glasses in the future but I should probably go to an eye specialist to see what their opinion is first.
Medical - Weight is stable. Hearing is stable. Skin can be a bit fragile at times. Tend to get dehydrated a lot.

1. got s--- routines at it due to working late hours every day and passing out once i get home, but its not too bad. im weak for acidic drinks too, probably gnna buy new teeth once im rich desu
teeth are very straight tho but my bite is slightly skewed, gnna get that fixed soon.
2. my eyes are flawless thx 2 mountain ape genes. was out fishing w my uncle this one time and he spotted a moose walking by a mountain peak in the distance. it was just a tiny moving black dot but we checked with binoculars and he was right lmao
3. umm
• eating habits are f---ing horrible, i either barely eat at all or munch through pizza n snacks like it aint nun
• got no fat on my body bc i burn calories like a coal furnace. was set on exercising some years ago but cant build muscle. barely within whats considered healthy bmi
• drink so much coffee my heart is probably gnna give up before i turn 50
• smoke wayy too many spliffs for my own good
• sleep around 3 hours per night on average
• spend all my time either at the office, on the bus in the bed or on a couch. some walking but thats it
• hearing is usually great but as im typing this my right ear suddenly sent like a screeching signal idk whats up lol
• hate going to the doctor and wont unless i absolutely have to
but even with all of this my blood pressure and values is completely fine for some reason
