chair = he runs rap game so hard he has 4 legs. he has 4 legs on the ground stable, even though he's famous he's still grounded.
upsidedown guitar = symbolic of Thug's career, it's alternative/his own style and he doesn't conform to the norm of famous artists
mannekins + candles = representing some kind of BDSM/orgy and showing off thug's sexual desires (side note mannekins aren't real, when thug has these sex orgies IRL, the girls are "real" but to thug they don't feel real as they're only there because of his status, the mannekins are their to juxtapose his real life sex scenarios and his feelings about them)
S rope = rope is used to k--- yourself, S is for Slime, the ropes tossed on the ground to the side. likely meaning it has been used (thug used to drink lean but is becoming more self aware to the dangers of it and now knows slime can k--- him)
rope also plays into the BDSM symbolism (thug used the S rope during his orgies (slime and literal rope) but doesn't anymore or has pushed it aside as he's maturing)

    you're welcome.
