    What is that norm in your country/community which make people abroad ask themselves if there is anything wrong with you? Or viceversa?

    For example, in The Netherlands (where I am living) toilets have a small 'table' where your poop rests before you flush it... making it easier to inspect in case of health problems.
    I just find it disguting, however you dont get any unwanted splashes so its practical I guess.

    in canada we have laws that govern what you can or can't say and laws that make you address certain people certain ways
