Apr 23, 2017 Eminem has never been a darling of the critics so I guess 65-72 I've learnt never to judge an album by its metacritic rating, that s--- made me sleep on some dope albums. If Kendrick gets more than 85, I won't be shocked he knows how to work the critics, d---. was a disappointment had to force myself to like it.
Apr 23, 2017 Metacritic has changed over the years ...Look at the score they have for Future Honest album...80...and no f---in way is it an 80
Apr 24, 2017 I'd say 70s. Publications like Pitchfork still rate Em's s----s overly low due to "homophobic slurs" (massive facepalm & cringe 2.0), and there's a few of those... Not saying any of the last few deserved to be higher though, but, given that... even if the new s--- is amazing... It'll probably score 70s due to that. Even MMLP didn't score in the 80s, and that s--- is a masterpiece. And Ye's s--- scores like 90s etc. Lel. MMLP s----s on anything Ye has ever created. Relapse deserved a mid-high 70s.... 59 is ridiculous. Recovery is quite spot-on, maybe a tad higher... MMLP2... I guess 72 feels about right for me and most too; 7/10. Struggle to rate it lower due to the quality of most of the songs & skills, but definitely doesn't deserve to crack an 80 due to how much of a total mess it is. If Em compromises this next s--- with some more formulaic singles (which I'd pretty much bet anything on that he will)... The c---- deserves a f---ing 50, just for the lack of integrity. And especially this late, and in this much desperation of a final classic before he bows out... Seriously - Stop f---ing compromising your albums, when there's no need - You sell-out c---- Em.
