If u cant tell 02 Em voice from 2010 era voice then holy s--- man.. mimicked the flow and created new verses or not, no matter how hard he ever tried, he would never be able to sound that raw in his voice again, period.

Recovery might be his most up-and-down album, ever. I’ll excuse Encore cuz he was high af.

But Recovery has some great songs, and then some absolute filler. I wish he cut some of that filler out, and toned down the bad lines on “Not Afraid”, the album would have been so much better.

“No Love” would be one of those filler songs. It has a good Wayne verse, but the beat should have been something else entirely.

Cut off the grapes
And grow a pair”

“I’ll put that on everything
Like everyone does
With autotune”

Man, “Cold Wind Blows” is a stellar opener. Like I said, trim the fat and some of the mediocre lines, and would have been a much better album.
