Both of these two are my favourite Superheroes, both have amazing comics
In a fight Spider-Man won and I also think Spider-Man has a better personality/likeable character
However, I might give Batman the upper hand for having better villains, but Spider-Man villains are also great too
who do you think is better?

    Spider-Man

Movies: Although Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2 were great movies, they cannot stand to the greatness that is The Dark Knight Trilogy and the first real Batman movie in 1989. Both hero's have had s-----y movies as well, such as Spider-man 3 and the 2 TASM movies, and of course Batman and Robin, but Batman clearly takes this round.

TV shows: Both Batman The Animated Series and the animated Spider-Man series were great, but what pushed Batman above and beyond were the stellar performances of voice actors Kevin Conroy as Batman and Mark Hamill as Joker. Winner = Batman

Video games: Again, Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2 were both great games (the ones based off the first 2 movies), but the Arkham series has been legendary and with the addition of Arkham Knight next week Batman clearly takes this category as well.

Comics: Back in the old days, Batman and Spider-Man were neck and neck in comics greatness, but as of late Spider-Man seems to have gotten shittier, mainly due to him being killed off in 2 different series' which is super lame. Batman in the New 52 has been mostly fantastic thanks to Scott Snyder. Personally i'd give Batman this category, but because of their history we'll call this one a tie because you can't go wrong with either.

Villains: This is probably the hardest to choose for me. On one hand, Batman's rogue gallery of villains is a list of both schemers and a--- kickers. Schemers include Penguin, Poison Ivy, Black mask, the Riddler, Mad Hatter, Hugo Strange, Hush, Scarecrow, Two Face, Dollmaker, and of course the GOAT villain Joker. Batman also has plenty of a--- kickers as well, such as Bane, Deathstroke, Killer Croc, Clay Face, Mr. Freeze, Owlman and the Court of Owls. Spider-Man on the other hand mainly has a--- kickers, such as Green Goblin, Doc Ock, Hob Goblin, Venom, Carnage, Vulture, Scorpion, Sandman, Lizard, Electro, Mysterio, Rhino, and Shocker, as well as some schemers such as Kingpin and Kraven. Personally i'd again roll with Batman's villains on this one, but to ne honest it's too closemfor me to call so it's another tie.

They're the 2 most loved hero's of all time, but Batman is on top imo

a great question though, is which hero will have a better new movie series? Batfleck or who ever they decide to cast as the new Spider-Man? I'm rolling with Batleck on that one cause his suit looks amazing

although you are correct and i agree with 4.5/5 points in your analysis. you did point it out, but id say batman takes the edge because from the 80s to now he has been better than Spider-Man comics wise (killing joke, longest halloween etc have no match for any Spider-Man comic since the 80s) but I agree that their early comics they are neck and neck

something about spider-man's personality (wit and humour etc) and relatability to his audience is what actually gave him the edge for me as well as the fact he has MJ aha

and regarding the new movies I'd say Spider-Man might be better cause of the Marvel reboot, you'd have me there tho if sony was still in full control of the Spider-Man movies
