    I say wait it out because if she's that bad, she won't last there much longer. If she starts making threats against you and/or trying to physically harm you, then you might have to call the cops. You don't want to go to jail for uppercutting some crazy b---- even though she had it coming.

    All these tough guys telling you to go over there still live with mom and that would cause more problems she might even be crazy enough to retaliate.
    You pay rent to live there if you don't like something that's going on and they don't have a quality front desk space call the police say you heard a baby in there sit back and watch the show

    Seriously though, my neighbors annoy the s--- out of me too. I tell them to shut the f--- up all the time and have tried to speak with them in a civil manner. They are out all night on a Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays (days when normal people with jobs work) blasting Drake a bunch of other s-----y bay area hip hop until 4am. I started waking up around 6am on those nights in spite of them just to loudly play Metallica - Enter Sandman until I know it has woken them up and they are annoyed. It's an ongoing battle, but I just see it as a marathon, not a sprint. Good luck, however, if I thought they were at risk for being violent (they aren't because they are f---ing p-----s), I would just call the cops already.
