First off, I don't need to give anyone a chance lol. He's not the new kid in school who's just a bit misunderstood. He's a grown man who ran a public campaign for president for over a year. And he's been in the public eye since the mid 80s, at least.

And... he's already making presidential decisions - his appointments speak volumes, his public statements... speak volumes. This Russian thing is absolutely ridiculous -- you'd have to be a total moron, or a naive partisan to think otherwise. Trump has had plenty of opportunities to *appear* presidential so far.

tbh Obama kinda seemed (in my uninformed opinion) like what a lot of Trump supporters were looking for anyway (only in a sense of course). A guy who was grounded/real and not just some slimy f--- bred and groomed to be president. I pretty much agree with @captain awesome here...there are basically two nightmares here: a) an unapologetic right-wing nut (Pence) who is more or less, on paper, qualified to be president, and b) a man (Trump) not at all motivated by ideology, who could conceivably be centrist in important ways....who is totally temperamentally unfit to be POTUS. Unfortunately for us, it looks like we're getting Trump's temperament paired with Pence's policy priorities. Gun to my head, I'd rather have Pence, because at least he's not embarrassing us as much on the world stage and lashing out at private citizens on Twitter. Man idk, we're f----- either way.

@WPG exposing those articles that Perry wrote about marijuana legalization (or I guess against legalization) and what not, sent him on a downward spiral. I always disagreed with him politically but I can't recall him ever being this bad/dismissive of legitimate facts/information.
