I'm actually going to start a temp agency that caters to Alaska's Marijuana Industry.

All the other Temp Agencies don't hire out to the MJ Industry... they have reputations and are reliant on Federal Loans and grants.

Ayo, wait a minute. I’m interested in the 25 an hour weed dispensary associate. Tell them I’d do the tile job 2 free days to make sure I catch on quick. I take what all I said back. You better come through if I waste money on a flight to Alaska and you don’t show up with the job I’ll be pissed. I’ve done some tile. Easier ones where you just use spacers in between.

Currently looking for another 2 employees actually one being a block layer. Our first employee and most loyal one working for my dad since the 90’s passed away the day after Christmas. Hard to find people not lazy and this isn’t some rated job with a supervisor yelling at block layers. We’re chill. I’m still not even 90% after that back surgery (but can throw hands). Kind of why I want to go in on a decent real estate project instead of my uncle who probably wants me to beg him since he owns over 12 properties. My father isn’t as interested in expanding to Florida, outer banks for the winter now that he hit 50. We have a few connects in both states if wanted to start doing concrete they said we’d just have to call.
