    I mean TES is pretty much the middle ground between MMLP and Recovery, and in my opinion, superior to both and is way better balanced in all aspects

    the older i get the more i learn to appreciate Recovery. Space Bound and Going Through Changes are perfect, Seduction sounds so effortless, and the inspirational anthems, while still corny have something truly genuine about them...i.e. Not Afraid, Cinderella Man, No Love, You're Never Over, etc. i'll take cheesy pop eminem for his next album tbh.

    SSLP is Eminem's most groundbreaking and creative album lol. It's outdated, but it was a breath of fresh air to hip hop at the time. No way Recovery f---s with it.

    Recovery, as someone else said, is Eminem's last great effort. I don't think he can make an album better at this point of his career...

    But, it's still not better than his first 3.

    It's a very solid effort, some high points, some low points. It's the direction in which Eminem SHOULD be going into at this point of his career. The problem is, Eminem continuously tries to recapture his old Slim Shady persona, and he really shouldn't. That's a phase he will NEVER EVER recapture. No matter how much he tries to convince fans he "doesn't give a f---", he does. He's not a loose cannon anymore, like he was.

    I'm Back, Marshall Mathers and Drug Ballad too. Probably my three favorites off the album, aside from Stan.
