    Voting Royce purely out of rapper preference and Eminem's final lines being left in tact. Jay was better tbh, and the final track has extra touches of course.

    I'm 99% sure Royce's came first. I remember reading that Eminem paid homage to his rhyme scheme for the Dead Wrong verse. I think it was lyric pages at the end of his autobiography.

    Both Jay Z and Royce appeal to hip hop heads

    Great MC's, great Lyricists, both are really technical

    Jay Z is number 1 on my top 10 greatest of all time MC's/Lyricists list. Royce doesn't make the top 10 but i would put him in the top 25
