Feb 27, 2016 This shootout is much harder to judge. Em goes in a lot of different directions. Some of these songs are cringe. Some are totally amazing. But that's a good thing. There's so much variety here. #1 - Bad Guy >> 3 A.M. >> Cold Wind Blows #2 - Talkin 2 Myself >> Rhyme or Reason >> My Mom T2M was great. Only Em can apologize his heart out and still sound like a badass. ROR was just straight bars bars bars over a nice sample beat. My Mom was a good fun song too. #3 - On Fire > Insane > So Much Better #4 - Bagpipes from Baghdad >> Survival >> Won't Back Down Another weak shootout, but none of these songs are bad. #5 - Legacy >> Hello >> W.T.P. Hello is nice, but Legacy is one of those deep tracks with its own atmosphere entirely. #6 - Going Through Changes >> Same Song & Dance >> a------ #7 - Not Afraid >> Berzerk >> We Made You NA was Eminem's epic superhero anthem, like Power to Kanye West. Berzerk is a solid rock tune. We Made You is corny but fun nonetheless. #8 - Rap God >> Medicine Ball = Seduction Rap God raised the bar. The other 2 are both great, can't pick!! #9 - No Love >> Stay Wide Awake = Brainless Another really tough one!! I'm gonna give it to NL because that 2nd Em verse was like "OMG THE OLD EM IS BACK" #10 - Space Bound >> Stronger Than I Was >> Old Time's Sake SB is the best lyrically, hook is nice, delivery is powerful. STIW over OTS is a controversial decision, but while STIW lacked refinement, it was still more innovative than a standard Dre & Em song about literally nothing. #11 - The Monster >> Cinderella Man >> Must Be The Ganja #12 - Deja Vu >> 25 to Life = So Far... Deja Vu is one of his best songs ever. Super underrated. 25 and SF are both good, but depends whether you want serious or funny. #13 - Beautiful >> Love Game >> So Bad Beautiful was one of Em's most authentic songs. Kendrick does well on LG. #14 - Headlights >> Almost Famous >> Crack A Bottle No contest on Headlights. AF was hardcore. Crack A Bottle was almost a good club hit. #15 - Underground = Love the Way You Lie = Evil Twin All 3 are strong conclusions. UG is a nice maniac lurking in the shadows song. LTWYL was a great radio hit and had substance lyrically. Evil Twin was classic shady at his best w/ bars and all.

As for My Mom it has the Em hook that I love and I really like the song except accents.) So Much Better > On Fire > Insane ( Again these were so close but So Much Better is f---in' good. Reminds me of old Eminem everytime I hear don't know why people underrate it. Easily the best among those 3. Bagpipes From Baghdad > Survival = Won't Back Down ( Won't Back Down & Survival are basically the same songs to my ears. LOL:D At least Bagpipes From Baghdad has a beat that I kinda like ) Going Through Changes > Same Song & Dance > a------ ( a------ is the only unlistenable song on MMLP 2, wish they would have used a better beat.) Not Afraid > Berzerk > We Made You ( We Made You was the worst first single Em has ever dropped. Berzerk's hook was great, delivery was fine, not fan of the beat much. Not Afraid's beat is sick. Hook is sick. It's the f---in' anthem fo real.) Seduction > Rap God > Medicine Ball ( Medicine Ball is one of the worst songs on the Relapse album. Seduction is one my favs on Recovery. I'd rather listen to it than long a--- Rap God even though it has that sick samalamadumalama ..... part LOL :d) BEST TRIO!!!! Brainless > Stay Wide Awake > No Love ( No Love is classic. That's all I need to say.!) Space Bound > Stronger Than I Was > Old Time's Sake ( Space Bound is f---in' flawless. Stronger Than I Was is flawless to me. Only thing I like about Old Time's Sake is the beat of it ) Must Be The Ganja > The Monster > Cinderella Man ( Must Be The Ganja has the sick beat that makes me wanna listen to the whole thing. Cinderella Man is wack considering it has the similar generic beat that Till I Collapse had. The Monster was good.) Deja Vu = So Far > 25 To Life ( Deja Vu is f---in' awesome, I'll probably get hate for saying So Far is on par with it but So Far is f---in' great. The way Em sings on the bridges the way he rides the beat. I really love that song. 25 To life is kinda boring. Beautiful > So Bad > Love Game ( Love Game sounds nearly as bad as a------. SO Bad at least have a great beat compared to other Recovery songs. ) Headlights > Almost Famous= Crack A Bottle ( Headlights had a great content and beat but average delivery average lyrics. Almost Famous is good lyrically but hard to listen to. Crack A Bottle is just a good beat to me. ) Evil Twin >> Love The Way You Lie > UNderground ( underground sucks. Evil Twin one of the best tracks in MMLP 2. Love The Way You Lie has that f---in' emotion that most of the hardcore rap fans unable to feel. )
