Jun 10, 2015 >grown adult >afraid of reading kind of explains ur middle school taste in music tbh also literally 85% of the album is about raping teen idols i like my mom and deja vu a lot tho.
Jun 10, 2015 I couldn't choose the best concept between Relapse and Recovery but went with Recovery so it wasn't four Relapses from me. I completely agree all three were poorly executed. I prefer Relapse in terms of execution. Recovery may how more tracks dedicated to its concept however many of them are horrible tracks. Whereas a big chunk of Relapse may be about r---, but those tracks that stick to the actual concept of the album are great. E.g. Deja Vu covering the serious side of his personal life, and I'll even give beautiful a bit of credit even though it was extremely monotonic. Then My Mum and Hello are both great 'Playful' songs that poke fun at his addiction.
Jun 11, 2015 Best Beats : Relapse and its not even close. One of the the best produced Rap Albums oat (imho). Dre nailed it Best Concept : MMLP2 or Recovery , depends on my mood. His serial killer s--- and accent on Relapse is sometimes very annoying imo. Best Lyrically : MMLP2 Best Flow: Recovery Best Executed : All three were executed good in their way. I guess he wanted to sound like a serialkiller on Relapse. And he nailed it. Recovery was great as well. And on the MMLP2 he did a good job too. With songs like Bad Guy,Brainless or Evil Twin he gave me that feeling i had, when I heard the MMLP for the first time. Conclusion : Matter of Opinion, there are many people who love his accent on Relapse, his "poppy" sound on Recovery or the Rick Rubinish production on MMLP2 and other people hate these things.
