I feel like Isaiah Rashad doesn't get the recognition he deserves, probably because he gets overshadowed by the other TDE artists? Anyway, I can pretty much give it a spin every now and then without getting bored. Then again it's not a perfect album. It's just a very solid, good album.

I completely forgot about this album if I'm being honest. Need to get more spins into it. Was expecting a project similar to CD. If I remember correctly my first few listens came and went really quickly. Only song I can remember is Stuck in the Mud.

I'mma rectify this and listen later today and post my score then. Sorry Zay for not giving your debut the attention that it warrants.

This album showed that even after battling addiction, he created a very consistent tape and made me think realise that isaiah is top two on tde. I didn't enjoy it as much as Cilvia demo, but that's due to CD having a special place for me. His rhyme schemes and flow are on point throughout the album and AA will always be a b-----r.
One of my favourites of that year. 8.5/10

Edit : still annoyed nelly and smile weren't on it as a bonus

i love push, i love the clipse, but this would be a much better album if some of the fat was trimmed off. as it is, it's a 7/10.

sweet serenade, nosetalgia, numbers on the board all slap, though.

I've only listened to Views a few times back when it was released but that was enough for me to realise it was an average offering from Drake. 3/10.

honestly really like this project. Its underrated as f---.

Yes it does have a couple skips but most of it ranges from decent to some of his best songs ever.

One of the most disappointing albums in recent memory. I thought this would be his magnum opus. There's some decent songs on here but outside of U With Me, Weston Road Flows, Childs Play, and Views, as a whole its very inconsistent, has some of his worst one liners ever, bloated, and just a very messy weak attempt at a concept album. Its probably his worst album worse than TML. I give it a 9 upside down

Huge letdown after IYRT, I was hoping he would go more in that direction, especially when Pop Style leaked. That being said, cutting it down to 12 tracks or so could have made a decent project. As it is though, its bloated and all over the place. 4.5/10.

To me, this project was released during the peak Kanye era (808s - Yeezus). Was never a fan of early Kanye.

Clique is overrated but it got rotations so I understand its purpose here.

Mercy, New God Flow, The Morning and Cold is one of the best four song streaks in recent memory. It showcases all of the best G.O.O.D. artists and has them rapping along with Raekwon and Ghostface.

Higher would have made it a five song streak but they put Ma$e on it.

Kanye's verse on The One is s--- but the rest of the song is solid.

I love Cudi but his track was a MOTM2 reject and sounds like as much.

"Don't Like (Remix)" was the first time I had heard Big Sean really showcase his skill and paved the way for Dark Sky Paradise which was the first album of his I actually enjoyed.

An album where the singles were the best songs on the project. The album as a whole lacked cohesion; was more of a collection of songs than an actual album. Most of the songs were hit or miss. The album made no lasting impact and kind of came and went.

Haven’t listened to this thing in years, but rechecking the tracklist I have to give it at least an 8/10. The highs on this album are sensational (Clique, The Morning, Mercy, New God Flow, Cold, Don’t Like Remix , Creepers)

The tracks I’d consider lows (everything not listed above), on here are pretty meh, but still better than a lot of other albums’ fillers.

It’s one of those albums that I could listen to front-to-back at probably any point in my life and enjoy it.

before listening to this album, the only song i had heard from lil pump was gucci g---. i don't judge artists based on one song, so i decided to check out the entire album. everything about this record is so basic and repetitive. he just repeats a few words over and over again on a majority of the songs and sometimes you can barely understand what he's saying. not only is this album awful, but its not even fun to listen to. its difficult to get through the entire thing without wanting to jump out of the window. lil pump get another career, fool!

Not sure if Pump will ever be an artist that could properly make a project (even if this is very short) seems more like he can create a niche of just catchy singles and small EPs. Judging the songs alone, they are in some instances enjoyable, but clumped together made this feel like a chore to listen.
