    It's not about Stan's. It's about the fans. I mean in the end it's music for people and people decide which is best. If you askin the best rappers of the decade, It can't depend on someone's opinion. It's all people's to decide and I'm %100 sure that if there was a pole all over world 2pac would conquer the 90's while Eminem easily lead the 00's maybe even 10's. So what's there to argue about ? I'm stating some facts y'all just ignoring. LOL:D

    There are WAY more qualified people th. Popularity isn't fair because some artists have content that only resonates with Americans/hiphopheads but is clearly better than all the pop garbage others spew out.
