    He is the best because nobody topped or even got close to his work in 00's but someone can top Kendrick in the remaining 5 years so now that you had your answer...

    90's is tough. You could go with Big, 2pac or Jay and have a legit argument for all 3. I don't see how you can give the 00's to Eminem when Kanye clearly dominated that decade, dropping CD, LR, Graduation, 808's and MBDTF. MMLP, TES, and his work with 8 Mile are obviously great, but he dropped Encore in 04 and disappeared until 09 to drop Relapse.
