    i believe its wayne tryning to sound more clear so he raises the pitch of his voice so its not so raspy and he tries to be hype on most of his songs these days which leads to his pitch being higher as well

    just cause he uses a lot of pitch correction these days there a minimal amount if any on this song add to the fact he raps purposely in a higher range these days
