    The rapper that got me into rap. My favorite crack head. His heart and passion carried him. One of the best rappers to touch the microphone. What he did at Woodstock 1999 will for be forever one the the most iconic performance for rap culture. .

    Can't believe this has been 5 years already. Not many artists death's have really hit me but this one hit me hard. I grieved a lot for this guy.

    I cried when he died. He's the only celebrity death ive cried over. Hip hop has been such a absolutely big part of my life. I have a dmx tattoo, outkast & bone thugs..

    I had to google to confirm it had been five years. g.d.. Even though I hadn’t been listening to his music soon before his death, he was still a living legend with tons of classic songs. RIP.
