Apr 3, 2026 I think Gunn should invest in lanterns. Even tho that show looks nothing like what green lanterns should be. It at least looks like decent tv. As far as the movies it seems he is building out the Superman family and bat family in the sequels. We will see how that works. They kinda going the family friendly disney route I guess.

Bat man v Superman was the most panned comicbook movie event ever. How do you forget that? Fans and critics hated that s---. It literally derailed DC for a decade and they never could compete with marvel because of it underperforming so bad.
Apr 5, 2026 James Gunn dc so far is literally how dc comics and animation are. It’s just nothing new, and we have seen 200 Comicbook movies in the last 20 years. DC needs something more than just comic accurate characters. They need to adapt with the times. Green lantern show ain’t enough.
