Speaking of RHCP, isn’t it kinda weird that Kanyes Heil Hitler gets banned on every platform, and people signing along to it on a stream get absolutely ridiculed and roasted for it like it’s the worst thing ever, but when Anthony Keidis literally admits he was having sex with a child when he was 19 years only in his own autobiography, nobody bats an eyelid and the world just keeps turning?

Just an observation. Society is weird sometimes.

Your nieces aren’t necessarily wrong. That’s the kind of music my grandfather listens to. But to be fair a lot of it is incredible music

Imagine if that book came out now. I don’t remember specifically, did she follow the band around? Was she an adolescent, like 12 or 13? I’m too lazy to check for myself. Groupies can get held to a different standard, like prostitutes, I think, however young they are.

If AK was 19, he was mostly a kid himself still. s--- when I was 16 I went out with a guy because I thought he was hot. Found out he was 34. It did not bother me one bit at the time It sure skeeves me out now, though.

Kids were stupid when I was a stupid kid. I think they’re brighter these days in a lot of ways

It just never gets old for me. Like Maxwell’s Silver Hammer sounds so boppy & happy and it’s about a serial killer bludgeoning women with a hammer. It even describes the murders
