Feb 26, 2026 at 3:46 AM Can't wait to see it tonight. Really really hope since it's about family (and he's in it) they acknowledge Roman being Sid's brother. Would be a wasted opportunity to just have him as 'one of the killers'
Feb 26, 2026 at 5:35 PM SCREAM 7 IS FANTASTIC!!!!! Loved almost every second. Few things bothered me and they made a (truly) mistake but I was also happy they did. Man this really takes u back to the feeling of the first 3 in many ways
Feb 26, 2026 at 6:05 PM Reports online have been lukewarm... glad to hear a real fan wasn't disappointed
Feb 26, 2026 at 6:10 PM As a first impression yeah I was very happy. Wasn't sure how they were gonna shift the story back to Sid and ignore Samantha, but imo they succeeded. Killers were lame as f--- but that has been the case in 5 and especially 6 as well. Liked how they handled it though. The easter eggs also were great. Lots of s--- casual fans aren't gonna notice. Kinda like how Halloween Kills did that but without bringing back characters with no purpose or drama like evil dies toniaaayt
Feb 26, 2026 at 6:41 PM Spoiler The killers and their motive were kinda lame. The woman, she was just pissed Sidney disappeared after the events of 5?? Okay. Nice throwback to S4 with that Out Of Darkness book stuff though. But the other killers? They had no link to Sid at all lol. Happy they FINALLY, after 3, acknowledged Roman being her brother. However..... this was never mentioned and they always kept this a secret. So this random woman couldn't have known she was his 'sis' Billy's mom was a nice surprise. Opening was very cool. Gale was on fire, sadly she missed the action but I liked how Sid did it to protect her and after all their fights they are truly friends. Happy Gale is still around. Chad and Mindy were, again, f---ing useless and annoying. Glad they didn't waste this much time on the dumbass friend group this movie but made it all about Sid and her loved ones. Neve was f---ing fantastic. The true star and going back to her was a good choice imo. Tatum was also great and Mark as well. Still kinda hoped it would have been 'the' Mark though. They AI stuff was a great way to bring back dead ones especially Stu. It was too obvious he wasn't really back but loved how they made him call Sid a few times. 'Stu's' interactions with Gale were also funny. This movie was really dark. A lot darker than the previous ones. I didn't miss them really, but it was so weird not a single mention of Samantha and Tara. Yes they mentioned the 'new york killings several times' and amber/richie.. but for Chad and Mindy to not mention them... so weird. I guess the makers were so salty because of Melissa's opinion they chose to ignore her completely lol. Still, rather no Sam/Tara than the original idea of turning her into the killer. Lots of cool throwbacks like the curfew scene w the same music too. Yeah so much to like her for me. Forgot a bunch of things I'm sure, gonna watch it again as soon as it's somewhere to stream or DL. But I loved it! For people who seen it / don't mind spoilers
