Feb 7, 2026 at 1:46 PM He has been washed for awhile. Wich don't make sense why he doesnt release unreleased music. He has said before in a interview that him and eminem have cds and cds worth of unreleased music together. Thats just between him and em. Like if eminen released a lost tapes instead of revival. Don't make sense on releasing trash music when you got classics in the vault
Feb 7, 2026 at 1:57 PM Agree with pretty much everything but I really can't see 50 releasing old material unless he definitely knows for a fact he's going to receive a big bag. The thing that destroyed 50 cent is his ego. His need to be number one numbers wise ruined him musically. Once the numbers aren't coming in like they used to, he gave up and lost the hunger for it. He would've been big without em and Dre. Get Rich half of it was already recorded and don't forget POTD... when he was hungry, he was a h--- of a songwriter.
Feb 7, 2026 at 2:14 PM He would have been as big as like Dip, The Lox, Mobb Deep rappers, Jada, Fat Joe ect. in New York. But he wasn’t gonna be international or even a chart topper without Aftermath shady interscope. Still huge and an icon but I dont know if he do 1 million open week even with his buzz and mixtape run being viral for the time.
Feb 7, 2026 at 2:20 PM He definitely would have been bigger than local due to his hook and songwriting capabilities. The guys you named are in a different bag to 50, those guys are lyrical rappers, fif an actual songwriter that's written big hits before he even signed to Em. He wrote Paradise hook for LL and stuff for Puffy and JLo. He wouldn't have been as big definitely not but I do think he'd be a big rap star just not a megastar.
Feb 7, 2026 at 2:21 PM Yeah honestly I’m a huge fan of Fifs early music but I’ve never felt any want for new 50 Cent. Just one of those things. I like his verse on that Ed Sheeran song with Em though
Feb 7, 2026 at 2:21 PM I mean he was doing tours off of a mixtape lol before he even had an album out... that was crazy.
