Feb 4, 2026 at 2:05 PM The Fall off is this Friday. You guys are in for a surprise #BackOnThatBullLikeTheCowBoy
Feb 4, 2026 at 2:40 PM If you look at the tracklist it shows 50 cent and Eminem posters... let's see who the features are.
Feb 4, 2026 at 2:41 PM I don't particularly feel like those are hints 100% considering what he wrote about the back cover, but I do see some of those resolving as a full circle moment
Feb 4, 2026 at 3:00 PM 100 percent not hints since Canibus is on the wall. Just his inspirations I suppose. POTD 50 and MMLP Eminem.
Feb 4, 2026 at 3:30 PM Nobody in history touches a prime 65-67 John Lennon songwriting wise. Solo career started nicely but got progressively worse throughout the 70s.
Feb 4, 2026 at 3:40 PM Lil Wayne the greatest rapper of all time. Love TI but this isn't even remotely close. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DSIsOaLDpYI/ Off the dome you peasants
Feb 4, 2026 at 3:45 PM sgt pepper is actually my favorite album oat. i still remember the first time i heard it. i was amazed that an invasion band could transcend musicality and lyricism like that and produce a work that stands above pretty much all other artistry in human history. from start to finish with every note and every word it transports the listener to a completely different place. nobody knew what to expect when they disappeared into the studio for months on end, unheard of for them, but the evolutionary jump from rubber soul and revolver to sgt pepper spoke for itself. the tongue in cheek slyness and simultaneous pure innocence of lucy in the sky, the social commentary of she’s leaving home, the gigantic sound of mr kite, the absolute masterclass in songwriting that is a day in the life. every time i listen it’s like the first time. there are solo tracks i love here and there, imagine, starting over, power to the people, give peace a chance, instant karma, working class hero, but, and idk if this is an unpopular opinion here, but yoko is absolutely insufferable to me. i know every marshall needs a tracy but she really ran that whole operation into the f---ing ground man. what a shame what finally happened to him though. meanwhile mark chapman is still breathing and happily married. f---ing crazy
Feb 4, 2026 at 4:14 PM I’ve never been the biggest fan of Peppers. Rubber Soul, Revolver, White Album and Abbey Road are all above it for me. It should have included Strawberry Fields and Penny Lane. I cannot stand When I’m 64. I hate the majority of Paul’s little diddly doodlies. What John would describe as granny music. A Day In The Life is great, but I could honestly do without Paul’s middle bit. Lucy In The Sky is also amazing. She’s Leaving Home is another masterpiece.
Feb 4, 2026 at 4:26 PM i don’t revisit the white album as often as i should. there’s a couple cuts off there in my regular rotation though, glass onion, my guitar, birthday, my monkey, HELTER SKELTER, revolution1, savoy truffle, are all just sublime. abbey road on the other hand is an album i listen to in its entirety fairly often. side b is like one surreal train of thought playing out in real time. it depresses me that rock artists for the most part are no longer able to create borderline transcendental music like this
