    Ye posted an in depth (at least for him) apology for his past comments (previously posted by @CSW )

    Ye has a concert in Mexico City this Friday, with rumored appearances from Peso Pluma, Travis Scott, and Fuerza Regida

    Rolling Stone has announced that BULLY has a new release date of March 20th. Ye is now signed to a label named Gamma

    Honestly, I'm a bit mixed on this. I'd love to hear what other posters have to say on this btw!!

    I do think that it's genuine....BUT, as he's shown before, I do think that there's a chance that he'll end up spiraling back. It is nice to hear him finally formally accept that he's been doing this out of extreme mental illness (which many posters have called out before), but he's literally said so much hateful s---, and like many people have said, a simple apology doesn't make up for it. If he truly puts his money where his mouth is, and actively shows remorse, that's great. Many people will never forgive him, but that goes without saying. I guess only time will tell in this regard,

    Is it likely that he had some outside help writing the apology? Yeah, that's almost certain. But the fact that he delayed Bully by nearly 2 months indicates that this isn't a strictly commercial move (at least not in the "buy my album" way, since he still has a concert). As a Ye fan, I truly do hope that he gets help, but I'm not sure if the harm he's caused can be fully corrected, at least not this easily.

    i feel like you’re defintely on the right track with your line of thinking. he’s one of the most intelligent people on the planet, so i believe he is genuinely aware that what he’s been doing and saying is wrong. but he’s been using mental health as an excuse for so long that im just not sure how many times you should believe someone when they cry wolf. this letter is extremely heartfelt, even though i’m sure it was written by the same people who write his songs, i just hope he sticks to the script this time. because there’s only so much goodwill that songs from 20 years ago will bring you. even if they are some of the best songs ever made. and make no mistake, his fall off was heard from mars but some of his songs are just literally transcendent…

    The Bully mixtape/album he released on YT a while back had a lot of potential. Some very, very nice sounding songs on there. The ai stuff needs to go though.

    He has bipolar right? so it's more than likely he'll go back on his words and say or do some crazy s--- again in the future. Hopefully that doesn't happen and he finds happiness but the guy looks like he wants to end it all based on recent photos.

    I'd love more music in the same vein as CD but I think that boats long gone unfortunately.
