This seems likely despite the office. It sounds preposterous, but trump can't sit still for literally any other criticism, and he's never breathed a word in response.
Jan 18, 2026 at 1:31 PM As a Manhattan socioelite born in the '40s I doubt Trump had more than a passing appreciation for Eminem, if he even did (the same could be said vice versa). It seems obvious to me that Trump was only promoting Eminem for cultural clout, as he's done with all sorts of people throughout his celebrity (and now political) career. By the time Eminem dissed him he was barely a blip on his radar, no more than Canibus was on Eminem's in 2002, and there was no real love lost anyway.
