Dec 29, 2025 at 3:39 PM Every album cycle Eminem scraps a handful of songs he could have just given to these guys so they could eat. One throwaway track gives them 3 verses for a D12 project. I know his heart isn't in it but it doesn't really need to be. Surely doing this is better than emailing over a s-----y acapella verse after the fans complain he wasn't involved at all.
Dec 29, 2025 at 3:56 PM Definitely, just that those songs leaked only explains so much: It's hard for me to believe he would have still recorded awful songs like Mosh and Evil Deeds, never mind the rest if he hadn't exhausted as much energy as he did on beefs in between TES and Encore, especially right after working on TES and 8 Mile at the same time. On top of that then throw drugs into the mix..
Dec 29, 2025 at 5:36 PM Anyone actually interested in a 2026 D12 album? it's gonna be complete cheeks.
Dec 29, 2025 at 6:22 PM Almost any beat would have been an improvement but Castle is one of the few good ones from the Recovery era.
Dec 29, 2025 at 6:57 PM Did Spatula used to be called “Count Spatula” or am I having a Mandella Effect
Dec 29, 2025 at 7:14 PM I just re-found that list of dates again for the SFTL3 leaks if anyone was interested
Dec 29, 2025 at 7:32 PM No way Jump Out was recorded in mid 06. It doesn't sound like the Re-Up voice at all. I'd put it between late 2003-2004. Early 2005 at the outside. The dates of Take It are probably wrong too. Whatever year the verse was recorded, so was the hook since the voice is exactly the same. The commentary in the intro sounds like MMLP2/Shady XV era at least, most obviously the Shady impression which sounds exactly the same as the one in the Shady XV song.
