Dec 19, 2025 at 8:05 PM [ Couldn't agree more. It's fun to sit there and kind of picture it on the beat though. And his rhyme scheme really is pretty incredible now that you pointed it out. I love this kind of stuff so much fun though. Any highlights that you thought were in the tracker? I had a little bit of time to look through it this morning and I think I will pay a lot of money for most of the pre-2007 stuff. It doesn't matter how good he gets going forward and he'll never touch that magic again in my opinion and it really takes me back to being a young guy. Did the Strange guy getting in trouble essentially and leaks going forward or are there still group buys out there and what have you?
Dec 19, 2025 at 10:43 PM As it turns out, he explained the pun of NF. WOW! Now respectfully, please stop bitching about something that takes people like me (with no editing skills or resources) two seconds to press a button and see what he said on my post.
Dec 19, 2025 at 11:02 PM I noticed there’s a few apparent unreleased tracks from the 8 Mile OST era. “Drug Culture” Spoiler Track originally slated for 8 Mile OST per a DJ Pizzo post in July 2002. Mentioned alongside 8 Mile and another unreleased track, Gangsta Rap. and “Gangsta Rap” Spoiler Track originally slated for 8 Mile OST per a DJ Pizzo post in July 2002. Mentioned alongside 8 Mile and another unreleased track, Drug Culture. Features Dr. Dre and Nate Dogg. This song was also mentioned seperately on a usenet post with a tracklist for Detox. These would be very interesting to hear considering they would have been recorded around the same me as Lose Yourself and 8 Mile Road. I don’t know who actually runs the tracker but I also think they should add the version of SFTM that possibly exists somewhere of Jeff Bass playing the outro solo instead of Joe Perry. Bass said in an interview that Eminem was initially reluctant to let Perry do the solo because he already liked Jeff’s solo so much. It also claims Ricky Ticky Tock originated during 8 mile sessions too, which I think is very plausible and makes sense. There’s a date for Love You More, which is 12.27.02, which is interesting. I had heard before it was recorded in late 02. Still makes me wonder what other album tracks he was working on around that time that we haven’t heard, surely it was more than just We As Americans and those Benzino disses. Joe Strange apparently found something called Never Gonna Leave dated 3.20.03. There’s also another song saved as “Sad as f---” from 10.16.03 I’d say it’s way less likely we will see more leaks after that happened with strange. The vault will be more tightly sealed than ever, so the only stuff we have a chance of hearing is the stuff that’s already slipped out there. I think the @Big Monkey was moving a little bit between those leaker circles, so he could probably answer that better than me.
Dec 20, 2025 at 12:24 PM The female vocal from Love Me is a keyboard sample, I forget which one so Spend Some Time might be the same. There are 4 more songs he recorded with Dre for Encore which haven't been released.
