Dec 19, 2025 at 11:24 AM Wait what track are you talking about? It has Spend Some Time info on there? Where can I find this?
Dec 19, 2025 at 11:47 AM Info comes from the Eminem tracker, which I presume is put together by a bunch of Eminem nerds way more nerdier than me, so I trust the info on there. I’ll PM you a link to the full tracker. Some interesting stuff on there.
Dec 19, 2025 at 12:24 PM It won’t let me DM you. Here’s the link: Spoiler edit: doesnt seem to be working. Dm me and ill try reply with it
Dec 19, 2025 at 12:36 PM Nevermind @John Lennons Ghost and @Godlys . I found it on reddit. I appreciate you guys anyways!
Dec 19, 2025 at 1:43 PM That’s just me gate keeping the tracker link because you braindead peasants don’t deserve to have it so easily put in front of you like that. Especially you. Find it yourself.
Dec 19, 2025 at 2:00 PM Yeah and find that Ringer vocal yourself too. Clearly you're only interested in mindless trivia and inane wordplay delivered in goofy accents. We have nothing in common.
Dec 19, 2025 at 2:09 PM yea but you can just dm M Solo without announcing that you are doing that You just can't do it, it's ok.
Dec 19, 2025 at 2:47 PM This just goes to show that I've been correct all these years lol. Spend Some Time could have been one of the goat tracks if it was his own. Don't get me wrong I still love it but d--- I would love to know how that verse actually sounds.
Dec 19, 2025 at 3:34 PM You’re being very nit picky and asinine here Spatch. Wake up on the wrong side of the kitchen drawer this morning?
Dec 19, 2025 at 3:40 PM I tried rapping along with it in my head and kinda tried to work out how the cadence and flow was lol. You can definitely see and hear the Eminem-isms in it. In my head it kinda sounds like the Love Me studio verse and the kayslay freestyle verse over Love Me beat. Did anyone ever work out where the female vocal came from in Spend Some Time btw? Did they get someone in to record it or was it just a pre-recorded sample file from some sort of work station or vocal sample disk? I always assumed it was the latter. @BelieveInMe
Dec 19, 2025 at 3:45 PM Yeah bro I did the same thing lol. And on paper I'm like this is kind of terrible at least the beginning but May of 2002 Eminem would have delivered. I never heard anything about the female in the chorus. 20 years later and I don't even think it's universally agreed on what she says after she sings spend some time with me lol.
Dec 19, 2025 at 4:02 PM It’s kinda hard because as usual with prime em the rhyme scheme is nicely intertwined. It took me a while to notice but the majority of that verse the rhymes scheme is Some great rhymes there but also kinda hard to work out where they land on the beat, with Eminem they could literally be anywhere in the bar. Also what’s interesting is how similar the scheme is to Rabbit Run:
Dec 19, 2025 at 4:55 PM I could never make out it out either until I just isolated it. Sounds like (spend some) Say that you'll be mine.
Dec 19, 2025 at 5:33 PM Why would I take vocal isolation requests from someone who just a few days ago flat out and for no apparent reason said my remixes "s---"? You should sharpen your social skills, because that's not how it works. Besides, Spend Some Time is actually a good song, one that I still listen to on ocassion, so the question was interesting. I haven't listened to Ringer in like a year.
