Oct 5, 2025 at 7:31 PM I love Sabrina’s new album. It takes some time to grow but when it hits, it really hits.
Oct 5, 2025 at 7:54 PM If I was to ever take Olivia (what?) It would be a leisure, to break her Spring (yeah) If I was to ask for Tylenol to sleep (what?) We be on the Autism Spectrum like Swifties (Um?) Would I really be a Hater if I asked for a Feat? I don't know, but I'm glad to be back like
Oct 5, 2025 at 8:03 PM I knew this album would be like that when Manchild started to grow on me every listen. I still have yet to listen in full…I know I know but this Beatles class have taken up so much of my listening. Love the class though but I miss having time to listen to other things haha
Oct 6, 2025 at 1:23 AM It’s no 1989 but it’s a pretty good album. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – Taylor makes all these other artists (including 99% of hip-hop) look like the laziest people who ever showed up for a job. In less than two years, she’s released 76 new solo songs and has performed 149 shows (mostly arenas). If she were putting out trash music, that would be one thing, but the product is always quality to my ears and is consistently well reviewed. She has all the money in the world and she STILL has this work ethic. Whether you like her music or not, you’ve got to respect the work. Hip-hip — you’re getting more than lapped at this point. Pick up the f---ing pace!
Oct 6, 2025 at 2:07 PM The music video was cool. Taylor still can’t dance to save her life. But I like the production design. And Fate of Ophelia is one of the stronger songs on the album. Opalite is definitely gonna be the 2nd single. I wanted a Dramatic 1930’s Movie like video for Elizabeth Taylor. Over the last 2 days Dather figure moved up on my rankings, while the slower ballad like songs moved down. The album is severely lacking pop anthems. Honey and wood are the closest to that upbeat pop you expect, but they don’t hit the highs you want. Cancelled needs a remix with a rapper. All in all, I don’t think it’s as s--- as the internet claims. Just middle of the road
Oct 6, 2025 at 2:40 PM This like those kpop groups whose fans bulkbuy albums to break records. The meaning behind it has become obsolete.
Oct 6, 2025 at 4:33 PM Tbf I think a lot of the time something being mid can be worse than being outright bad, a lot of common denominator music infuriates me lmao
Oct 6, 2025 at 4:35 PM Olivia is easily my favorite newer pop girl, she takes from loser rock like Weezer and Beck so she's goated. I was gonna add Billie but she's been around for so long now. Excited for the next Charli album as well!
Oct 6, 2025 at 5:34 PM Yeah at least bad music usually has some sort of entertainment factor due to how hilariously bad it is. Mid music is usually just extremely boring and forgettable, which in a way is worse than the “bad” music because at least you remember the bad music.
Oct 6, 2025 at 5:41 PM I was right about Olivia Rodrigo finally teasing OR3 this year but so far I’m wrong about her dropping new music this year unless you wanna count the live show recordings she dropped. I feel like I’m pretty in tune with Olivia (I’m delusional) so I’m starting to feel like there was some sort of delay and that 2026 will be the year she drops the album instead. It sucks because I was right about Sabrina Carpenter so I thought I’d be right about Olivia Rodrigo. I still hate that my greatest and most accurate prediction this year was predicting way in advance that Drake would drop a single on July 4th.
