Also been #1 for 2 weeks straight. Projected to chart on the overall streaming charts with HBO, Apple, & Netflix next week. It’s blowing up even more than I was expecting. Ryan Coogler going 2/2 this year.

Jul 7, 2025 at 3:08 AM @Marsh i can name several Pre-Endgame movies worst then Shang-Chi or black widow. In fact Thor literally only has 1 Great movie out of 4. Ironman 2 & 3 were panned by fans, and only made as much money as they did cuz it was Ironman’s peak in popularity. The Incredible Hulk was literally hailed as the worst MCU film for nearly 15 years. Like why are you acting brand new? Outside of Avengers, Cap & Ironman, the MCU didn’t even have another billion dollar movie until Black Panther. (Not counting Spiderman, cuz it’s technically Sony). People forget these things but it’s true. Guardians was a massive hit, but no guardian movie ever made a Billion. Perspective is everything. Y’all just forgot how crazy the infinity saga actually was, not just for marvel but all of cinema. Before then, only the Avengers movies and Ironman was popping before Civil war blew up. And you can thank Civil war for bringing Spidey in. The problem now is not the quality, it’s literally the over inflated budgets. That’s why marvel has 2 movies in the top 10 grossing this very year, but they won’t break even and make a profit in theaters cuz the budgets are like $200M.
