Apparently you've never noticed that "Slim Shady" was all over The Marshall Mathers LP, and outside maybe Stan there was never any clear differentiation on that album between "Slim Shady" and Marshall/Eminem. In Criminal he even tried to justify his homophobic lyrics, and admitted to this in a 2000 press conference. Another point that apparently has never occurred to you: No Apologies was not really a "Slim Shady" type song.
