Uhhh.. what? Have you read the Qur'an? The "religion itself" has a lot of violence, please stop speaking about Islam if you haven't read the Qur'an. Muhammad used to raid caravans and engage is wars; he killed entire villages because they betrayed him. There's a lot of violence in the Qur'an, and Muhammad was a violent man.

If Islam isn't a religion of peace, how do a vast majority of Muslims practice their religion in peace? There's over a billion Muslims in the world and vast majority of them are moderates who oppose extremist views.

People on the political left love to make this argument without realizing it actually the most anti-Muslim argument you can make.

This logic applies to NO other group. You don't see Obama saying "if we discriminate against gay people, they may become radical and k--- innocents." He doesn't say that about black people, Hispanic people, or women.

This argument is reserved exclusively for Muslims, meaning, apparently, only disenfranchised Muslims are at risk of becoming murderers. THAT'S discriminatory.

Many groups throughout the world, America included, have been disenfranchised throughout history. Those people didn't suddenly become mass murderers.

if you read the quran carefully you will see its just allowed to fight against culprit guys and not bomb someone in paris. @Chad Warden you said the islam have a violent history give me a example. Since the birth of the USA their were just 21 years not in war and they are acting like the most peacefully country

How are you comparing gays and blacks to a religious group? Apples and oranges. Muslims have a tiny percentage of their community trying to use their religion to justify violence across the world. That's not to mean every disenfranchised Muslim is going to be radicalized but it certainly opens the door to radicalization.
