    to be clear tho: i have posted a link describing actual laws that discriminate.

    also, this is a hot button issue right now: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flint_water_crisis
    not a law, but a policy overseen by republicans which have largely hurt low income black americans. its a near certainty this would never have happened in an upper middle class white community

    On the individual level we should hold the hypothetical black kids accountable because they made the conscious decision to resort to a life of crime but the reason black people are more susceptible to g--- violence/drugs/crime in general is because they weren't given the chance to take on proper law-abiding means like going to college to get a skillset to get a living wage job, but according to @Koolo acknowledging this problem means u have white guilt and who am I to question him I mean he reads books
