Eminem Opinions on Not Afraid?

    It's a little cheesy, specifically the poor metaphors / punchlines (EMS metaphors are horrible). Lil Wayne prior to em coming back was legit with the metaphors and I think em tried to emulate it....

    It's a good song though, for a first single it was light years ahead of the regular formula he followed FOREVER....A corny pop culture referenced song littered with cheap insults.

    aight quote people who said Not Afraid is one of the most important songs for them cause I can't see it, all I see is they said (including me) that it was one of the most important songs of HIS CAREER and that's a big difference

    Well that's what I meant, to those people, in their opinion, it's one of the most important songs of his career.

    But whether it's important to his career, or important to them personally, really doesn't matter. Equally as embarrassing.

    First is stating the fact, second is talkin' about personal feelings about the song, that's a big difference so I would say that your post is kind of embarrassing:idk:

    Tried to force myself to enjoy it like everyone else did, but even in 2010 that beat and hook were unbearable. I could tolerate the silly punchlines.
